How to turn off the narrator(or whatever it is)

    What I mean is the voice saying that you don't have enough minerals,vespene gas etc.

    the Chinese voice makes me feel that the game is not Starcraft....

    So, I totally want to get rid of it.

    Sadly,I've tried turning off most of the functions in the options,but it didn't work..

    Can any1 tell me how?
