Hi, I'm planning on buying a copy of the game, because I liked the demo very much. One problem with the demo were the hotkeys though. It was installed so that moving around the map could only be done with the arrow keys, and like that I can't use any other hotkeys. I was wondering if this also the case in the full game, or if this is dependent on the country I buy it in (I live in Belgium), or the language I install it in, or anything else. If not so, is there a way to change the hotkeys? Thanks a lot
You can customize all of the hotkeys with the most recent patch. As far as moving around the map you can also use your mouse to click on the minimap and scroll around the key. There are plenty of hotkeys by default and I'm actually surprised the demo didn't show that. At any rate, purchase the game. Your concerns are non-issues with the full version.
Just beware the ultra-long patching times DX Roughly an hour to the current version, including installation.
Hey, I bought the game! Its running very nicely, with hotkeys too thanks. Just have one more question: how do you guys set the hotkey for 'go to command center'? Like when you're watching the battlefield, to quickly go to your command center and train an SCV? Thanks
