    high attack but most learnable attacks use special attack, IIRC.

    Drie has it. It has really decent attack, but most Fire type are special attacks pre Gen V, which makes it kinda useless cause it's highest attacked won't use STAB. In Gen V though they added a few good physical Fire types, which makes it fairly OK. The other Eeveelutions are generally better though, especially since you can get a Pansear for free.

    If you pick Snivvy though, you're pretty much screwed on Fire types unless you're playing Black and get Reshiram, which is Dragon/Fire.
