Give your prediction for the story of StarCraft II and its heroes. Heroes / Characters: Jim Raynor - Main Character, leader of Raynor's Raiders Sarah Kerrigan - Main Character, Queen of Blades and leader of the Swarm Zeratul - Main Character, leader of the Protoss Artanis - Main/Side Character, Praetor Arcturus Mengsk II - Side Character, leader of the Dominion Valerian Mengsk - Side Character. heir of Arcturus Some UED Leader - Side Character Daggoth - Side Character, Cerebrate of the Swarm Samir Duran - Main/Side character, tool of the Xel'Naga Nova - Main/Side Character, Ghost Michael Liberty * - Side Character, news reporter Matt Horner - Side Character Tychus Findley * - Some marine on the Hyperion Mojo - Enslavers campaign Ulzeraj - Enslavers campaign Former Characters: Fenix - Leader of Protoss forces Edmund Duke - General of the Dominion Tassadar - The Judicator Rasazgal * - Matriarch of the Dark Templar. The Overmind - The master of the Swarm Zasz - Cerebrate of the Swarm Gerard DuGalle - Admiral of the UED Expeditionary Fleet Alexi Stukov - Vice-Admiral of the UED Expeditionary Fleet. Of these, Arcturus WILL probably be killed. It is time for the next generation. I hope Fenix COMES BACK!!! YAY!! He is one of the more heroic heroes. Tassadar may or may not make a reappearance considering he drew from both Dark Templar and High Templar energies and merged with the Overmind to destroy both of them. Jim, Kerrigan, Zeratul and Arcturus might make an alliance in order to stop Duran. Zeratul or Artanis will likely die. In EVERY SC game EVER released, a Protoss hero dies. These two value honor and one of them will likely sacrifice themselves, most likely to save or to kill Kerrigan. Even she said that she wants to be human again at times. There is probably something Xel'Naga that can make her human again Also, Duran MAY or MAY NOT be the enemy. Maybe everyone allis to stop the ones who destroyed the Xel'Naga and turned the Zerg on them. *Spelt wrong, possibly.
Move Daggoth to the list of former characters. All cerebrates are dead. Jimmy's 2nd in command's name is Matt Horner.
And zeratul's no leader of no protoss. He's just a renowned Dt. Raszagal was the leader of the Toss on shakuras, now that she's dead, they all trust Zera, but I would think Artanis to be more like the leader of the toss.
I thought Daggoth DIDN'T die. In the story, I only recall Zasz being killed. Link? I'll try the Starcraft Wiki.
Jim Raynor - Main Character, leader of Raynor's Raiders Keeps a chunk of the former Dominion safe from the zerg. Sarah Kerrigan - Main Character, Queen of Blades and leader of the Swarm Dunno yet. I suspect she either gets defeated by the hybrids and xel'naga, or has to team up with the protoss to defeat them. Expect either her to backstab again or for her not to, but be attacked out of fear or her backstabbing. Zeratul - Main Character, leader of the Protoss He's not the leader of the protoss! Anyway, he ferrets out the xel'naga/hybrid threat, but is disliked on Shakuras due to vanishing for four years. Artanis - Main/Side Character, Praetor The actual leader of the protoss, though not the main character. Has to keep the protoss together, a task made more difficult by multiple factions. Goes Twilight Templar FTW. Arcturus Mengsk II - Side Character, leader of the Dominion He's just Arcturus Mengsk (his father was Angus). Goes into hiding form Kerrigan. Plays a role in brokering alien artifacts which Zeratul and Raynor want to collect. Valerian Mengsk - Side Character. heir of Arcturus Takes over Dominion now that Arcturus has vanished. Of course, there's only a small chunk of Dominion left. Actually works with Raynor, at least for a time. Doesn't want to give artifacts up. Some UED Leader - Side Character Offers technology to the K-Sector when threat breaks out. (I assume you are talking about UED remnants and not Alexei Stukov.) Daggoth - Side Character, Cerebrate of the Swarm Dead. (Confirmed by Chris Metzen in an interview. Well, virtually confirmed.) Samir Duran - Main/Side character, tool of the Xel'Naga Successfully activated hybrids. Nova - Main/Side Character, Ghost Little relevance to current storyline, put her in a mini-campaign. James Liberty * - Side Character, news reporter Michael Liberty. Gives anti-Arcturus Mengsk propaganda and helps rally people to Raynor's side when things go south. Matt Horner - Side Character Depends on player actions. (Raynor can go "grey" or good. Horner supports good.) Marcus Findley * - Some marine on the Hyperion Tychus Findlay. May be a tool of the Dominion, or just Valerian Mengsk. (Very vague hints.) Mojo - Enslavers campaign Ulzeraj - Enslavers campaign Tool of Samir Duran. (Vaguely hinted at in Shadow Hunters. Very vaguely.) Unleashes a revolt on Shakuras (and has to face off against Selendis, who turns out to be intolerant). Needless to say, this happens at the worst moment (protoss need to unify to face hybrid threat). Selendis - second-in-command of the protoss. Leads expedition to Aiur, turns out to be a Templar purist and hates Dark Templar. Taldarin - second-tier character who appeared in Resurrection IV. He knew Adun and thus could know something important from long ago. However, I doubt Adun knew anything about the xel'naga beyond what was common knowledge among the protoss. Former Characters: Tassadar - The Judicator He was a Templar. Very dead. Rasazgal * - Matriarch of the Dark Templar. Dead. Alexi Stukov - Vice-Admiral of the UED Expeditionary Fleet. Dead, then resurrected. He could give Raynor some last minute aid, but grudgingly.
I really hope that the name for the Terran segment of Starcraft 2 is really that obvious about Mike... but I doubt it'll actually be name just after him. So I'm doubtful again, damn.
I'd just like to know where Liberty is hiding out. Aaron Rosenberg was supposed to write a new StarCraft novel (a sequel to Queen of Blades, so presumably covering Episode III) and Liberty could appear there, even if briefly. (I hope that novel, if it ever turns up, is better quality than QoB.)
I wonder how they will make the heroes act in the campaign. maybe they'll make it similar to those in WC}I{ or something like that.
I bet you're they're just like from Starcraft, souped up units with likely, a custom appearance and higher stats.
