HELP! My CD Key won't work!

I'm trying to "Add" Starcraft II to my portfolio of games on Battle.net.

Unfortunately, every time I input my CD-Key (the 26 characters on the CD envelope) the "Add Game" button stays gray and won't let me proceed.

What am I doing wrong?

i had the same problem. try checking if u are in the right region. go on us/battle.net or uk/battle.net

Hey, i also have this problem im in Australia though
it said this authorization key cannot be claimed?

 

Also it just stopped on the update it has been going for hours...
