Since overclocking is probably out of the question, either the Core i3-540 or Athlon II X4 635 would be decent. Caveat, both look to be SFF (small form factor) PCs. Finding a graphics card that will fit may be an issue. You probably don't want your choices to be limited to just low-profile/half-height graphics cards.
