is this a blizzard game? and what is it about?, like would it be like diablo with acts and stuff or different gameplays

 

Its made by some ex-blizzard people. Including some important people who worked on diablo.

I heard that Diablo III isn't actually that far off. I heard they apparently were quite far into its development but stopped and redid it from the ground up because it wasn't fun enough. Also, it apparently takes place in heaven, which should be awsome. It is on my list of amazing games coming out in relatively soon list, which seems to be ever expanding.

well the trailer looks fun, but only 1 game at a time for me, all about starcraft 2

 

Hellgate: London is a computer game under development by Flagship Studios. The design of the game is similar in a number of ways to the Diablo series. This is due to influence of Flagship Studios co-founders including a number of ex-Blizzard North employees, including Diablo series creators Erich Schaefer and former President David Brevik. The other founders are Erich's brother Max Schaefer, former Blizzard North Vice President Bill Roper, and Diablo II producer Kenneth Williams.

Hellgate: London is an role-playing game (RPG) which has some first-person shooter (FPS) elements in a post-apocalyptic setting. Gameplay is based heavily on the character's stats, as per role-playing games. The FPS element of Hellgate: London will be seen in the Hunter faction and will require some skill to use. Soft-aim will be included in the game as a form of aim assistance.

The only problem with the game is flagship studios has completely and utterly seperated the community of those who want to pay for ELITE accounts (10$ a month) and those who want to play online for free but will be treated like "Sh*t eating freeloaders" This is the reason im discouraged from buying the game. On their forums 1/2 the threads are arguements between Elitests and Value players. In my opinion wait for SC2 cause im sure online play will be free for that.

cant wait for this to come out, bought 2 gigs ram just so i could play this (and because vista wit 1 gig sucks)

3 gigs is so much better

but im hoping i can do without updating my proccessor 2.0 ghz, it says you need 2.4 ghz vista but here http://www.yougamers.com/gameometer/10203/ says i will be fine.

 

Bigger stash that is shared amongst all of you characters as well as acess to new equipment. You don't need it to play but if you are a hardcore player you are going to want it. Not so much if you are a casual player

I agree lichking, thats what I have been hearing all these times. The reviews suck, for one thing. I was also hyped to the max about this game, me being the ultimate diablo fan, but lately I have been getting concerns about the quality of the game. Im not going to buy it anymore.

Shame on people trying to copy diablo 2!

 

What reviews? You can't justifiably review a demo. Just about every single demo ever released has sucked. You can't really judge a ame based on it.

 

Then by what can you judge it? We got the demo, we got the reviews.

 

Well you could try waiting till the full game comes out then seeing how he reviews are.

You can't review a demo because it has 3 quests and 20 items out of hundreds of quests and thousands of items. Its like saying a painting sucks after seeing an inch of it.

 

I'm sure the people who review the game got to see more than the demo.
And its not all about the items and the quests, just the game as a whole that is disappointing.
