Heaven's Devils Twitter Contest

So Blizzard has this Twitter Contest going, one of the rules indicates:

b. Once you meet the foregoing requirements, you may enter the contest beginning on the Start Date by sending two (2) Twitter updates addressed to @Starcraft which should contain the following: re-tweeting the initial contest tweet sent by StarCraft, and then following that up with a contest entry tweet where you provide a brief piece of prose about the StarCraft universe with the “#HeavensDevils” hashtag in the entry tweet.

Now I may be absolutely retarded but could someone tell me if this means that you can have two entries to the contest, or only one? To clarify, do they ask for this:

Tweet 0: A retweet of the initial contest tweet
Tweet 1: A contest entry tweet with the “#HeavensDevils” hashtag
Tweet 2: A second contest entry tweet with the “#HeavensDevils” hashtag

or this:

Tweet 1: A retweet of the initial contest tweet
Tweet 2: A contest entry tweet with the “#HeavensDevils” hashtag

Personnaly I think you are only allowed one entry, but I have seen people submit two entries.
