Have some question with zerg can anyone help

1. Going for 9/10 then get an overlord or go for 10/10 then get an overlord and get extracter and cancel witch one is better?

2. Going for 10 12 13 14 or 15 pool witch one is better? and why?

3. When playing on a large map like dessert oasis Kulas ravine or scrap station should a zerg get a spawnpool first or just go for the hatchery?
