same here. especially driving in the game non stop for about an hour. I can dizzy and have to shut my eyes for a while.
I personally like Vice City better because most parts of the city is glitzy and clean. San Andreas is REALLY BIG to navigate completely.

I was amazed by the level of hugeness that Liberty, Vice and San Andreas have. Man, those games were fun! I actually used to play GTA2 in multiplayer back in the day. ;D

Has anyone actually 100% the game? I know that completing the main storyline gives you about 50% of the entire game.
It's actually quite hard 100%, the furthest I've ever been is 78%. With all those hidden packages in VIce City, Ive only managed to find 40 of them. And San Andreas was just too big, I've given up after I finished the story.

BTW has any of you actually played with cheat?

I have 100% on san andreas. I used to have it on vice city too, but my card got wiped. But man, it took me SOOOO long to get it 100% on san andreas, it was just that one bike challenge on the NRG-500 in the easter basin, i ended up finishing it with 00:00 seconds left on the clock. Might be a bit blasphemous given the site I'm posting this on, but it's so my favourite game of all time.

This game is soooo popular.. everyone seem to love it.. but me..

I can't stand this game.. (and no.. it's not because I dislike violence.. In fact I find GTA not violent enough..)

everytime I played it.. All I wanted to do is bash on civilians.. I didn't care about the storyline at all

I cannot wait till GTA IV. That game is the reason I'm saving for a PS3. GTA IV and SC2 will pretty much mean I'll be a total recluse for the next...I dunno like year or something. Those screenshots for it look so freakin awesome! The bridge is sooo detailed even though it's way back in the distance...and the city is way more similar to NY than Liberty City ever was in GTA III. Wow such an awesome time for games

I think Rockstar Game make some of the best games ever. The amount of detail and work that went into san andreas must be massive! and the quality of the game is unquestionable.

@ JBL. I have similar experience with you :D when I 1st started playing, I got so excited and all I wanted to do is bash random people or run them over in a sports car :p

Lol. GTA. most people hadnt even heard of GTA until Vice City came out. I am actually one of the few people who started playing GTA back when it was on PS1. GTA London and GTA 2 were the best. GTA 3 was SOOO different for me that i didnt like it. Vice City was my favorite of the 3D ones. IMO San Andreas Blew hardcore. But GTA1, gotta give it up for the Fart/Burp Button. Since i was really young back then, i could entertain myself for hours on that button. (Was R2 metinks)

Hell yeah GTA 1 was awesome. Before they made everything too complex with their drive-by shootings. The best way to die was getting fried on the train tracks...so funny. I had it on PC though...couldn't affrod a playstation for awhile, I had my megadrive to keep me entertained

OMG it took me ages but I've finally 100% Vice City.

I had to look up a walkthrough guide though, couldn't have find all those hidden packages by myself.

I'm probably not even going to try 100% San Andreas, it'll take too long.

    Yes I love it too.

Now that I've put that aside I can ask my question ;D I wanted to fool around with GTA2 but it won't run on XP (with SP2). I searched a little and found an XP patch sort of thing which was supposed to fix it but it didn't. It says the program encountered an error and must exit. Does anyone have a solution for this? :(

I've played both of those too! I absolutely love the GTA series. I played them a while ago,
    I don't play them anymore.
