Dose anyone think SC should add some nice sound track while players are playing the game? i heard some very nice music whlie i playing WC3, and i think that's super. Makes you feel that you are in the World of Warcraft! so i hope they will add some very nice music which suit for SC in SC2. Anyone?
I hope they make one like Warcraft III aswell, warcraft 3 has epic music, the Choir rules, as i say... "Any game with its own orchestra is worth playing."
Depends on the game and race. The Warcraft music matches each race well. But you can't have the same music in Starcraft 2. The Protoss could have a somewhat orchestric theme, but the Zerg music theme needs to be slimey and the Terran theme needs to rock.
Well wushi, I didn't have any problems with the original starcraft's soundtracks, since it was nice, and I personally think it fits the races. I think Blizzard will create tracks that are similar to the original. But not the same tough.

During the game, you hear the theme of the race you picked... Are you talking about the music in the main menu perhaps?
I have high expectations for the music. Thats a big part of the game for me. I'd love to see a similar style of music, which I'm guessing will happen. Throw in chior, strings, brass and a handfull of synths and guitar and you've got yourself a soundstrack. If anyone listens to Bullet for My Valentine, the first song on the first album titled Intro is sort of how I'd like the Terran music. That, but then comming in with Black Hawk Down style crunching. Listen to the BHD soundtrack, its great Terran esque music. I believe the in game music was different for each race.
im assuming you are talking about the menu music wushi? well what everyone else said, string, orchestra stuff is always nice. even some rock with strings is good =] @chax424 yeah i listen to BFMV they rock! =] and yes i like that intro. something similar to that could fit the terran =] btw i have the new BFMV album...its awesome! =D
Or they could folow the same theme as from Starcraft. The music of WC3 probably wont fint the styles of the SC2 races as well
Some of SC2's music will be remixed versions of SC1 pieces, so I imagine they will pull SC1 atmosphere in that way. I'm confidant though that whatever they do will be appropriate to the game.
I vote Iron Man as the Terran soundtrack! Who's with me?! But seriously, I'm all for remixes of the original race soundtracks. The music near the end of the announcement demo and in the artwork/gameplay trailer give me high hopes ;D
