i was thinking if someone was ever playing 2v2 and you re playing with terran and your ally is toss. and if ever you or your ally's expansion is being attacked by ground forces trap them with force field and call down a nuke ..we sould have contests of completing crazy a** strategies hahahaha oh and when nuking does it counts as a kill for the ghost? because i would really like to see a ghost ranked as commander hahaha

Was that you playeing darkerhat1? That was pretty awesome. I love Red's response, "..." I've seen a few in my time. I remember once during an FFA Player 1 and 2 were going at it, and Player 3 just drops a nuke in the middle of the whole thing. He killed at least 35+ Stalkers, the bigger part of the Protoss army and however many units the Terran had. The best nukes are losing nukes, though. Whatever that map is with the two "island" expos in the top and bottom corners... I remember watching this guy build a base there with a bunch of silos, and when the enemy drop shipped him, he just dropped 3 nukes onto himself/the enemy. Beautiful.
I just encountered in a 2v2, a pair of Terran players that nuke rushed us. Me and my partner are like usually in the top Five in silver, so we aren't like the best team, but this was obviously a platinum team (they were favored). Their was a nuke in each of our bases just as we were hitting tier 2, we both thought they were hiting our armies, unfortunately they were nuking our miners! Right after that the Reaper harassment began and persisted as we struggled to rebuild. Then we died spectacularly. The End. The Nuke is actually extremely powerful in the wrong hands.
re I only used a nuke once during online play. And it was out of desperation. I was Zerg rushed and I knew my front line defenses wouldnt hold them off for long. And my few reinforcements wouldnt do any good. So While my base defenses were being attacked I just went ahead and used a nuke. The explosion took out most of the attacking Zerg. I then sent in my reinforcements and the Zerg player retreated.
