Hey guys, I know a lot of the old timers are well aware of this scam, but more and more I get complaints from people through various means (Facebook, etc.) saying they've pre-ordered StarCraft 2 or Diablo 3 because stores (like EB Games) are promising release in December. Well the official word from Blizzard is that these sites are FULL OF CRAP! Tell your friends, tell your enemies. Don't order these games before you get a direct release date from the publisher. You will have plenty of time to pre-order! Don't jump the gun because these companies can run off with your money if you read the fine print. Happy gaming!

I preordered from GameStop months ago. Long before anything was said about december. I trust them, and I know that manager personally. Besides, I haven't paid it off anyway, I just put five dollars down.

Who would be stupid enough to pre-order a game that early like Starcraft II? Natural selection. Starcraft 2 may be released on Christmas 2008, but it may also be released on Christmas 2009, so unless Blizzard officially announces its release to come, I see absolutely no point into this pre-ordering thing, unless you have absolutely nothing else to do with your money.
