Hey, my usual Starcraft II fps is 60+ but i've noticed for a long time now that sometimes my framerate will cut in half and stay that way until I restart my computer. I can't predict when it happens, sometimes i'll log on and my fps is 60+, other times its in the 30's and 20's and it stays there. I dont think it should spike like this...whats going on? How do I get my fps to stay at a stable 60+?

    Thanks in advance!

    I use an:
    ATI Radeon HD5770
    i7 Intel 950
    6gb of ram

    if it matters.

If these are online games it possible for decreased fps to be caused by server lagh or temporary increases in latency between you and your ISP.

Also make sure you have no other applications running and that you have well above recommended hardware requirements.

Turning off AA/AF can increase performance.
