Looks good I'm very pleased with their comment on the medivac. Looks like it will be very useful. According to them the Viking now had a long air to air range which is very pleasing to know aswell.
will this game live up to the hype? will it become the classic SC was? I just worry because while people are saying its good and it fun no one is saying its amazing and easily the best rts they've ever played, which is what it needs to be to succeed SC1 on the throne. from what I have seen of the battle reports, it would seem to me to be salivating good like a virtual paradise, but from people who have actually played reactions seem highly critical. or am I missing things?
@Fiasco I've heard quite alot of people (some of whom are on this forum) who have played various builds of SC2 and say that it could quite easily be the best RTS when all the normal alpha build foibles are fixed. Should also note that this is a pro korean gamer and they don't express strong emotions or play SC for fun =P.
Looks like blizz still has a long road ahead of it in terms of balance. I Still think marauders should get their range decreased. Zerg does need a boost also
I think he means, "has features that were introduced in the WC3 interface, that were not in SC1." But the WC3 interface is just an evolution of the SC1 interface, so it's no surprise that the SC2 interface is an evolution of the WC3 interface... it's all in the same family, after all.
