    I think its more of a male WD.

    1) He's wearing purple, not red. The female WD wears red
    2) He's shirtless (the female wears a top)
    3) Wearing a lion cloth
    4) he has a beer belly

    Yeah, jiff, it's definitely a male, and it's definitely a Witch Doctor, which would be the least... Appetising... Of all the male characters.
