Most people already know this, but when i first started up the editor, this caused me a bit of grief. How to get Campaign Units: When you start up the Galaxy editor, the will be a pull down window with "Melee Game" on it, if you click on that, and press "Campaign: Liberty" (or something like that) This will turn your melee map into liberty campaign map, allowing all liberty units, doodads, etc. (this will work for the next 2 installments) I hope this will help some people out there Daemonicus
It would be twice as helpful if I learned how to include my own custom mouse cursors. You gotta make a mod for that?
No, when you create a new map, you have the option to set the dependencies. You set the Campaign dependency to access the campaign content.
Can I just get some screenshots please? I've already spent 45 minutes trying to find out how to use the god damned campaign units. Needless to say, my patience is wearing thin.
Kaaraa go to file - new, and just below where it says document type you will see dependencies, for your new map set it to campaign (liberty).
When you make a new map, you get to pick the properties of the map (size, tileset, map height, etc), there is a pulldown window above all that saying "melee game", change it to "campaign liberty"
