Pokemon, first episode I saw was when he captured caterpie, which was the third episode in the first season. Didn't see the first 2 episodes til they re-ran the first season. Don't watch it anymore, but it was my favorite cartoon/anime as a junior high/high schooler.

Digimon, I think there were 2 season out when I first saw Digimon

Yugioh, I think I saw yugioh starting with the episode they reach the island and yugi battle weevile.

Amazing Animals, one of my favorite animal shows, though I never saw too many of the episodes due to it sometimes running when other shows I saw were, though I'm not sure it counts since it was shown on weekdays ;)

They're all great cartoons; they never overdid anything, and each had their own unique style to them. Anyone here seen Johnny Test on CN? Every episode has the phrase "woah, didn't see that coming" said at least once. That, and the production just looks cheap.

I've watched some of the original Johnny Quest, but I don't remember anything from it. I've probably even seen it on english cartoon network before I knew english.

Voltron rings a bell, but not sure if I've seen that one.

    Speed Racer.

    Felix the Cat.

    Street Sharks.

    Gargoyles.

    Mummies Alive!

    Dragonball.

    Dragonball Z.

There are dozens more, I'm sure, but those are the few titles that really jump out at me. Also, I caught a section of the 1995 Gundam Wing series when I was younger, when it aired in North America. It really got me into the whole Mecha Genre, as did Escaflowne. Saint Seiya, or Zodiac Knights as it's known in English, was also a staple of my Cartoon diet.
