I always enjoyed Digimon or Beyblade, but I prefer the former.

I didn't care about the characters in Pokémon or Digimon, but I'm totally on the track with Avatar :)

Dragon Ball, all the sagas. I voted from your list, but my favorite anime of all times is Saint Seiya.

I swear to you, you watch the first episode and you will want to follow to the end.

Not really. I've been watching that along with DB when I was a kid, but when I tried to watch it again few months ago I got to second or third episode before giving up.
Also, is it really made for children?

Yes, there are a lot of crual and bloody scenes which were cut a lot of times. So innocent eyes are safe. Not for all versions, not for all languages. It was in the 80's so even DB was bloody and a lot of scenes were cut. Especially for the French version.

Yeah, and I got the damn french versions too. No offence, but japanese show with french (which I don't know) dubbing and polish guy reading it on top of that? Ughh

Yeah, I prefer the original version with French subtitels. The Japanese version is more alive.
PS : hey, I am just listening to some Saint Seiya music. Recognize it, its musics are wonderful.

I voted for Avatar: The Last Airbender. Pokemon was pretty cool when it first came out, but the creativity of each new generation was on a downward slope from the beginning.

Pokemon! It was the first anime I ever watched. Still play the games occasionally but din't watch the show anymore. Watched it up til the start of the Hoen season when it got extremely repetative and after Team Rocket became complete morons :(

I still miss how awesome they were in the first season.

EDIT: You forgot YuGiOh! How could you forget that show? It has Dan Green!

oh, you are right, i will edit the first post to determine the ones i forgot

avatar is first for me, followed by shaman king and oban star-racers, with digimon as a third(would be above shaman and oban if all their seasons were good instead of just 2

it surprises me that pokemon is so popular, even though every season except one sucks

btw, has anyone ever seen pokemon sunday? i think it would add quite a lot to the world

edit: watched some more shaman king, and i definitely like it more then atla

i just love the way al story elements return in both series, but i like the humour is shaman just a little better

We didn't even have any of these shows when I was a child. I guess I'll have to go with dragonball I remember seeing it on TV in my early teens.
