I wouldn't have guessed considering in the picture was the crucio siege tank, and it was on the SC2 website, which is supposed to be updated...
Take a look at the features section of the Starcraft II website. Have you noticed that all of the updates are weeks, if not months apart? Remember: Blizzard does not update their sites regularly. If you want information, your best bet is a fansite like ours. Now that that's taken care of, on to your question: The Thor underwent an update that removed the 250mm Cannons and replaced them with missile pods, giving the Thor AA capabilities similar to the Valkyrie from BW. The latest model has the cannons back, and the 250mm Cannon Barrage is now a single target ability, rather than AoE. However, the Thor can still fire missiles, though from where exactly, I have no idea.
