The file "C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II\Campaigns\Liberty.SC2Campaign\base.SC2Assets : Assets\Textures\sm_ts_emis.dds" could not be written. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (MPQTarget::Write/SFileWriteFile)

I get this error everytime I try installing,
I have tried running in safe mode without networking, did compatibility with xp SP3..but it just wont install...any suggestions?

    Digital download or disc?

If it's a disc, could be a possible scratch, try the digital download. If you already have the download, it could be a corruption, redownload it.

Its digital download...I have redownloaded it 4 times now :(
I have also done the chkdsk /f other people recommend...as well as minimizing while install, change directory, and compatibility mode...

    Getting really annoying T.T

So I found out the installation was a RAM issue, I had exchanged it, and it installed fine!!! now the only problem I have, is if I try playing single player campaign or tutorial it crashes saying its corrupted, but I can do skirmish or online just fine???

It's really starting to sound like your hard drive is having issues too. How old is it?

For that kinda stuff, I'd say reinstall. What's likely happening is there's a certain model or sound (I'd say Raynor's or Findlay's, possible a cinematic) is corrupted.

I've tried that - this is what I get..
I have tried uninstall, reinstall, chkdsk, checked all drivers, and I have even redownloaded the client, reinstalled, but everytime I play I get this error - (I dunno if each time it crashes it's the same error, but this time it crashed giving this one...

My hard drive is brand new., just bought it...~
