End of the SC universe?

It seems like blizzard are wrapping up the Starcraft universe with SC2.
I mean, it seem's like it shows Kerrigan's dead body in the cinematics(or somewhere else) and the Xel'Naga are coming to end the universe, and it seems like the hybrids will be unleashed. So do you think the SC universe will end? ???

 

Not before a expansion to sc2 or possibly sc3 but I know there will be a expansion. Plus the starcraft universe will never truely die, to many people love it and blizzard makes to much money off it. Even if the story as we know it ends, we will still recieve games such as what starcraft ghost would have been, so the starcraft franchise shall never die!

Ahhh yeah never thought of that while I posted the first time, if they run out of stuff to make a story with they will just make it into a mmo. Dark templar spell caster For the win!!!!

 

Including the zerg in an mmo would be a major challenge, you can't be an ultralisk caster!

Unless the zerg players are all infested humans/terrans and from there can branch into classes.

 

Dark Templar = Rogue

Ultralisk = Warrior

 

Just look at korea, and even websites like this one, people discuss starcraft and all sorts of other stuff here.

And people dont just discuss the game, they also discuss lore etc. and with books and all that....

Ya know what,.... Starcraft is more of a culture now

 

Hey Fenix, if I want a dark templar to cast spells and summon little things like a warlock I WILL HAVE A DARK TEMPLAR CAST SPELLS AND SUMMON LITTLE THINGS...... a high templar would be the healer for the protoss, he would recharge shileds. (just a little random thought I wanted to tag on)

 

They will only seemingly end.

The Terran and the Protoss, realizing their utter damnation will construct a dimensional warping device. Through the opening of a porthole into a different dimension and their transport by using huge amounts of energy, they will be able to escape their dimension and come back when the cicle of the universe restarts.

They will hopefully pack bananas, so there goes my vote.

 

d00d. Dark ARCHON would cast spells (I wanna say Warlock for him)....Dark Templar would do it from behind. Archon=Pally, Dragoon=Hunter, Zealot=Warrior, High Templar=Mage.

I've put a lot of thought into the Protoss side of things.

 

I'm sorry fenix but I believe I just said, if I want want a spell casting dark templar, I WILL HAVE A SPELL CASTING DARK TEMPLAR.

No. No you will NOT have a spellcasting DT. I personally will not allow it.

Stalkers and Immortals are too specialized to be a good MMO class, so I went back to Dragoon. And HTF to expect to make a Warp Ray character? Huh? HUH!?

 

FENIX I will fight you, and I will win if it will get me a spellcasting DT which I WILL HAVE.

And you want to know HTF I will make a warp ray character?! Well its quite simple you take the little dude that pilots the warp ray, and you give him a hand held version of the weapon, and while he shoots he puts a increasing damage buff on you. GOD Fenix why dont you think about things like THIS?!

 

Then it's not a warp ray, it's a pilot with a gun.


And you know what? I will fight and WIN to have the DT a Rogue!!

I think that we should discuss Terran instead, what units would be what classes? Would Reapers be Hunters?

Would Siege Tanks be epic mounts? ;D

 

Yeah, I'd say they would. Firebats=Warrior....Ghost=Pally.....Medic=Priest. I dunno about the rest though. They have too many mechs.

 

For the record I know the DT is a rouge. BUT I WANT MINE TO SHOOT SPELLS AND GOD @#$ I WILL HAVE IT SHOOT SPELLS!

And as for my "pilot with a gun" if you can't come up with anything better than you can deal with it.

Zerg then? Ultras would be warriors, but zerglings then? They cant be warriors for sure.... And Hydras? Would they be Hunters?

 

hydralisk hero= hunter killer so yeha they would. Zerglings would probably be the rouges. They are fast hit fast, and can run away and hide becuase they are small.

 

I don't care what the story is as long there is a SC3!!

even if the protoss are all gone they will fight for my entertainment!

That would mean terran are the most versitle of all.... again, the humans in mmo's and rpgs are always the whatevers.
