    "Take-Two has offered to enter discussions with EA the day after GTA IV's release, on April 30."

    Seems more like they want to milk what GTA is worth first, then sell out.

    Yeah EA is trying to swallow the video game industry whole. All indie devs should unite and send a massive assault on EA. They'll be forced to fly their base away...(out of the country)

    Yup, EA is trying to monopolize the industry right now. And if they even try to take Vivendi or Blizzard I'll make them wish they never were born.

    I dunno... probably planting a bomb in their headquarters.

    *sigh* EA did the cheap thing and turned to Take-Two's investors so they could buy out the company for them. I saw it coming, but still, it seems so cheap.

    Well, I wouldn't like to see the Civ series die a horrible death, but I guess it'll probably happen now.

    Black and White 2 all over again...

    EA did a pretty good job with Westwood. C&C Generals wasn't THAT bad...except for the story. But I think they learned they need to hire writers.

    A lot of people agree (as do I) that EA was the reason Generals was only subpar. The previous C&C's were brilliant, and almost compared to StarCraft.
    Also, Tiberium Wars sucked and the new pics of RA3 looks like it's shaping to be a disaster as well.
    Not to mention they made DICE make the abysmal BF2142.
