Now that you actually mentioned the show I actually do remember it coming on TV years and years ago, although I wouldn't have remembered it myself if you didn't say anything. I got to tell you though, they don't make cartoons for kids like they used too. Just look up some popular kids shows from the 80's and early 90's and you'll see what im talking about.
I agree, I personally feel that my mind is melting when I see most cartoons today. It saddens me that The Lorax book is banned in many US schools because it speaks out against the logging industry.
Nowadays most tv-shows for kids here in Finland are cartoons with anime guys fighting. Before they were funny and maybe educational.
