When i open sc2 it prompts me to update my video drivers or direct x on the website. I see that im using DirectX 10, and im wondering if thats the latest because on the directx website it says #11. Any know?

Once you post that information, we might be able to help you out more. 2nd, I'd wager you are probably running Windows Vista. It is always advisable to keep your Windows Updates completely up-to-date, although I don't know if DirectX 11 is optional or a required patch. Yes, install DirectX 11. Yes, install your newest video card drivers! If you are unsure how to do either, list the rest of your system information as I have instructed and we can help point you in the right direction.
