    Hi I just downloaded the digital copy of sc2 afterwards I get the install/manuel/support exit menu after it gets done. The only way I can access this menu is by downloading the installer again ( it goes by alot quicker ) is this normal?

    You THEN need to activate your digital copy and will have to PAY the price before you'll be able to play. IT IS NOT FOR BETA!
