Hey there, I've been watching some Youtube videos of Makh who seems to have the ability in SC2 to run around the map in a demo recording with features like comparing mineral/gas intake between the two opponents, seeing what they have explored on the map compared to each other etc. Is it possible to record demos on Starcraft 2 and, if so, how? Secondly, how would you go about playing them if you can. Thanks kindly Hktoo
What you most likely mean are replays. Every match automatically records a replay you can watch later. These aren't saved for long time unless you tell the game to save them longer (when you're logged in, there is a replay button where you can see the recent ones and save them permanently - you can even send them to other players!)
