    mmkay... im gonna borrow the game from a friend when he gets here, but till then, can i have an insight on anyone who played it?

    take note, i was scared s#itless on ravenholm and sand traps (half life 2) and the elevator part in hl2: episode 2

    OMG ! You are lucky man ! I have played to Dead Space and .... I don't know how I have done to survive !!!!

    This is a scary game, an horror game. (Just to say, Dead Space 2 will come on January 2011)

    You play the role of an engineer, Isaac Clarke. And you, an informatician and another person are sent to a huge space vessel, the biggest planet cracker ISG Ishimura because of defectuosity and an alert the Ishimura sent. And at the first contact there is nobody inside it. It seems there is nobody. How possible ? How could 1,000 persons disapear and not give any light of life ?

    Here from wikipedia : Dead Space is a third-person horror video game, made by Visceral Games for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows. The player plays as an engineer named Isaac Clarke, who fights against an alien infestation which turns humans into monsters called "Necromorphs", on a mining ship in space named the USG Ishimura.

    You want to play a scary game ? Play Dead Space. I love it ! Because you are alone ! You are among monsters surrounding you ! You don't know where they will come from and when ! You just hear Isaac's screams and breath (he wears an helmet so you don't hear his voice). And everytime you believe you will be with somebody something bad happens !
    OMG ! Just play this game. You will not regret. But play with the Easy difficulty first.

    Oh man, Dead Space is an awesome game. I remember when made my file on my friend's Xbox - one of the first things you see is a brightness slider with some telling you to adjust the brightness until you were barely able to see an accompanying logo. After watching 15 minutes of my friend playing, my immediate thought was "**** that" and I ramped the brightness up to full.
