When I first got Starcraft 2 I was extremely dissapointed in lack of such basic features such as switching regions, channels etc. I haven't played in a while, I was just wondering if it's possible to switch regions yet? Or play with different regions? I heard that this might be implemented with this years expansion pack, is this true?
You can't play across regions currently, but I'm expecting the feature to arrive soon the same way chat channels did - because there is/was demand for it. The expansion is a long way away though.
Heart of the Swarm is tentatively set for 2012, so I'd rather they get rid of region lock sometime this year. I really want to play with my Brit friend.
