Cow leaves or goes?

Since i think the whole clan should have a say in almost everything. I'd like to know who wants me to leave the clan and who wants me to stay. If yall want me to go i shall go I only want to do what the clan feels is best for itself.

 

IF ANY1 REPLYS TO THIS ILL MAKE SURE THERE ARE PROBLEMS FOR THEM and im not joking ither dont even post here this was b.c of a stupid argument

A event has recently come up when I temp 5 min ban a member for spaming. Now after about 2 mins he wispered me and explained to me that he did copy and paste to fast and it was just an accident so I unban him. But before he was unban there was a "argument" i guess u can call it between a few members and i. This just made me think about the following. I care about this clan and i know i get ban from east but there is not much i can do about that i dont know why they catch my bots and ban me they just do. But i have the best for the clan in mind when i enforce the rules. I only want what is best for the clan. So before i put the time in on reading all of ur posts in suggestions (thank you for that by the way) I want to know if i am even wanted in this clan. So please post either yes ( for i should leave) or no (for i shouldnt leave) if idk 50% of u say i should leave i shall leave the clan forever and never bother any of you ever again. If the clan feels that i dont belond here i shall leave. Its in your hands now Empire.

and the arguement was between me and cow. apparently i ***** to much and cow thinks hes the unappreciated one. that hole arguement was completely one sided so i dont even know why this thread was made like ur a victim. And it wasnt blown up.. a couple cap letters isnt blowin an issue up (ask 2can rofl) seriously tho.. i know i said soe hertful things but seriously cow.. u mistunderstand me entirely.

 

i dont want to be a victim evan i want to know if im wanted or not before i go put in an extra mile. is that so hard? wouldnt u want to know if u were going to get an A before u started a idk 7 day project

I ban someone for breaking a rule which i did say to him after that i should have gave him a kick warning. and you said you had the right to "flip,yell, w.e u said" at me and thats fine im not saying you dont have the right to question what i do just like everyone in this clan has the right to tell me weather or not they like me here or not.

your right, i have the right to flip.. you mistake flip as me targeting and bashing you. all i said was dont be gay after u banned them and w/e after. It wasnt till you started to tell me to start being idle more where anything became targeted tword u. And im going to question everything you do, whether it be good or bad. I look out for this clan and if i dont, apparently nobody will, since what i do is unappareciated or for a better word, underminded. and whatever. i dont need big projects or high ranks. i never did. but that shouldnt be compared since what u think is important and what i may think are different. If you cant handle the simple critism of me saying, Dont be gay after you clearly banned them and even apologised saying you shouldnt have.. then wtf

and FYI, i banned dark and after everyone saying i shouldnt and even unbanning, you yourself saidhe broke 4 rules.
After weeman was banned he said he would have quit HAD I NOT DONE WHATI DID.
after Liquid was wrongfully banned HE DID QUIT but is around today because he knows i was there and will say it.
nobody backed liquid like i did, nobody backed weeman like i did, and nobodybacked me for dark and again, even after apologizing.. nobody backed me for being mad at that little insident when i even said, ITS W/E afterwords.

 

For starters i did back weeman after i came in the channel and fullly got the story unlike u i try not to flip out and make a huge scene in the channel where others get involed which is what happened today. FYI i banned dark 2 times already and never once did i say he should be let back in. eventho i dont have much of a prb with him i do not agree with it that he left of uF or that he came back and told us off. but u do have me on liquid being ban i didnt really like him becuase whenever i saw him in channel he was putting someone down. and i do know that you are a help you load ops for us 24.7 and that is a big help.and you do look after for the clan. ur acting like im not sure how to explain it. That thread was posted for my knowldege of where i stand with the rest of the memebers. And i dont really like the whole if its not broke fix it. How bout if its not broke, Make it better. You've seen already memebers have suggested new ideas in the short time this thread has been up. I am not talking mega changes like going from [E] to like [Ex] im just talking about little things that we can alterish to make everyone more happy. whats the point in being in a clan if u dont like part of it. and i know many members enjoy ranks and i have listened to them tell me they dont like the ranks as in thier names thier prerecs and how few there were. So i suggested to shadow that maybe we change them but get everyones opinion first.I dont understand why we cant make something not broke better? to be quite honest i think this suggestion thing will help bring the clan together more see i agree with u on many things u said u dont like the clan being split nor do i want everyone to be close like a clan should be not just names with [E] Tags.

cow thats all good. and how u handle issues and how i do are different, but you said i blow stuff up and start problems. I wont deny i dont blow it up or not try to make trouble. But i only try to make it a known issue and fixed right away as it should, since stuff held off cause deep emotions and proves the instability of a clan. Why should things be held off and "discussed" if its clearly wrong. And if that brings trouble to the wrong doer then so be it.. but in those instadents, tho 2can also felt i was attacking him.. nothing wrong was brought and me and 2can settled it over AIM. You might have backed him.. but it was after the fact. after i was claimed to be *****ing and w/e else im called when this stuff happens.

In regards to the clan improvement. Its a good idea, its just.. your additude that seriously worries me. And DONT TAKE THIS WRONG WAY. I think your good for the clan and FOLLOW THE RULES to the best of your ability (despite some mistakes but THAT IS w/e lol) IM worried tho, and your already showing it. That the rules will become more important then the members or everything besides the fact. and your power to uphold them will be a one sided thought process and will lead to threads like this or something worse. Remember that we shouldnt hold law as justice, but justice as law.(there is a better sayingbut thats close enuff). Meaning dont be blinded by law. its all im saying. I hope you do your 7 day project or w/e and it helps. but i was just saying, as E is now.. its so stable where shadow doesnt even have to be on much.. so i dont think change should be much of a topic buts thats IMO.

josh banned killer for spam then tired to me but i was safelisted so it didnt work him and evan started argueing over stupid stuff then killer got unbanned then more argueing and then i told them to shush expalined both sides mostly and then they stopped so just delete this thread

 

delete the thread, but in killers defense.. everyone was spamming.. especailly Dark Nights convo on AIM
