Greetings all, SC2 newbie here How would you guys counter hellions in TvT? My marines always got owned by Hellions. I tried combination of marines + marauders but always failed
You mean hellion harass or hellions as a core army unit? Marauders with shells beat up hellions, marines in a concave also beat up hellions since they attack in a straight line, tanks and thors also beat hellions, as do all 3 air units, hellions can't get past bunkers too... Hellions with blue flame also beat other hellions, lol... can you be a little more specific with what exact problem do you have?
Lol. Essentially every type of unit you have counters helions, except marines and scvs. Groups of marauders should not be getting beaten by groups of helions, unless your opponent has five times as many helions as you have marauders or something.
