Corrupt installation? have to reinstall

i keep getting this your starcraft 2 installation is corrupt, would you like to run the repair tool? so i do, but then the repair tool just tells me to reinstall the game, so far i have had to do this 3 or 4 times and download all the patches again. I just dont know what to do. any help?

 

If you have an older system, this could be a sign of a failing harddrive.

i acctually just built this computer about a month and a half ago.

Classic disc or Solid State Drive?
Any other programs having this problem?
Do you use a physical install disc or are you installing from the Digital Download?
