    DSL User with max transfer rate of 154 kb/s
    Will this suffice for Starcraft 2?

    Yes.

    That's more than mine, I played the beta no problem. I think the only people who have to worry are those on dial-up.

    speed isn't the issue so much as lag. are you connected to your modem or router via hard wire or wireless?
