I dunno if this thread has been done before, but here's where you post your complaints about SCI, whether it be logical conundrums, lame lines, or random spouts, this is where it will find a home.

 

The biggest thing I have is as follows.

Why are Wraiths and Scouts so friggin' slow? In this day and age, we have planes that go MACH 2....Heck, we even got the Blackbird at what, MACH 4? So why are this high-tech, laser-firin' ships five hundred years in the future flying like my granny's at the....joystick? Whatever.

 

Because, the Wraith and Scout are both Space-craft & Air-craft, meaning they can fly in both Space and on the Air. In theory, if you apply a slight force in space, there's no need to accelerate because momentum would just keep you going.

 

So? Then you just accelerate on the moment that your in an atmosphere. 6 out of 7 world in sc1 had an atmosphere...

 

I hated how scv's could get stuck in between buildings...

A lot more so than any of the other races!

Oh, I also hate not being able to set rally point on minerals for the workers. That needs to be addressed....

 

People keep banning me because I have red bars. THey think I lag like a mofo..

PEOPLE. I lag for about 1 min than my latency kicks in and it gets smooth, let me play!

People don't wanna take risks, I can't blame them for that.

 

I have a huge complaint lol. Why the hell do Hydralisks have those HUGE scythe-like apendages on the end of their arms and still spit out acid when at melee range? wtf

 

Even zerg are afraid to break their nails, a manicure is expensive you know.

 

I wonder how much is a manicure for a hydralisk..

i never liked how the medics blind was only against 1 units. it should be an AOE, as punishment to people who clump units together.

also, i never liked how carriers, despite being super amazing, didn't carry bigger units than interceptors.

and that scouts and wraiths cant fire their missiles at ground targets. it may be the future, but i would figure out how to in about 10 minutes, and use those.

 

Ok Dragoons are so big clumpsy, they always have trouble going through areas that are small or congested. Choke points are horrible for dragoons, they always get stuck and stopping all other units from advancing. Same with SCVs always getting stuck behind buildings once they finish constructing.

Those stupid terrian that we can't build things on. They are so annoying. Like the trees on Aiur or those weird lands on Char. I want to keep expanding my base in an orderly fashion but there's always something in the way. Very annoying.

The creep goes out too slow! Whenever I built a hatchery or a colony I want the creep to extend a lot faster, it's just too slow.

 

Why do I always get served last when I go to Bosten Pizza?

haha it's much worse in C&C 3. soooo agonizing placing those buildings.

i think the creep being slow to expand has its reasons.

 

What I hate the most about the game is the random people who will appear on multiplayer, for no apparent reason start cursing you out in every single way, then blame you when your team fails, and believe that it is YOUR fault when they get zerg rushed x1000.

 

I smell bad multiplayer experiences..

yeah sometimes people are really morons..

but some of them are acting like this on purpose and it's hilarious..
