Hi all, Sorry to start out here with something negative. Due to an unfortunate and unusual series of events, I was overcharged by $26 for SC2, and have had no luck getting my money back through support. Now, I'm under no illusions about seeing my money again as I know getting money out of Blizzard is like pulling hen's teeth no matter who's at fault or why. I'm also realistic about how long I can be bothered to chase $26. All I'm after is a channel through which I can make the point that I have been mistreated as a customer and will no longer be buying any Blizzard products, which is a shame for both parties as I was looking forward to some multiplayer and they are losing more than they ripped me off for. Do they have a complaints contact or a marketing contact or anything like that? Complaining to their support just means I'm getting ignored by one guy on the other end.
