Competition Scams

Would it be a violation if people make competitions, with a admission fee and basically keep the fee and use only like a quarter of it for prizes?(Basically they don't use their own money) I say we need to prevent more from happening in the future, since it is a cheap way of getting minerals and unfair to other members (In my view).

Competitions that have admission fees, or w/e they are thats ok, since he doesn't keep any minerals at all. I'd also like to hear what the mods would say.

Thanks for your concern though, and rest assured, any member that does run a mineral scam will be banned.
