my computer is running starcraft but there seems so be slight lag. i know is not the best computer, if not a piece of junk but i dont have a lot of money to get a new computer.

what should i get so i can run starcraft better.

    here are my specs.

    windows vista home premium
    AMD phenom(tm) 9150e quad core processor (4 CPUs), 1.8GHz
    Geforce 6150SE nForce 430

i know my processor isnt good but that a lot of money, would getting a knew graphics card help at all or would it be a waste of money. plus what graphics card would work well without putting to much stress on my power supply.

Dude, your Processor is just fine for this game! Your video is without a doubt the problem! The min requirement is a GeForce 6600!

Since it's running Vista, it should be fairly new. I doubt you voluntarily installed it yourself. Something like the HD 5670, HD 5750, 9800 GT or GTS 250 would make for decent, inexpensive upgrades.

The HD 5670 would be your best bet if you're unsure about the power supply. It doesn't need a PCIe power connector unlike the others. Even a 200W PSU would be plenty if you've only got a modest build.

Possibly. Try doing a system restore or manually uninstall the new drivers and install the old ones.
