well I'm getting a little confused here. I'd like to hold an open lil chat with the whole clan about something. Over the past few days I've been starting up a "change" of emp. My hope is to make it better then it is. I've been told if it's not broke don't fix it. Well I think if it's not broke make it better. It seems to be that some people dont agree with me trying to make the clan the way the actual clan memebers want. No name will be mentioned but I have been told that if I change the clan it will die. I've also been told that I am trying to act like I'm the leader of the clan. To that last statement I am a leader of the clan I'm a Co-Commander... I'm not trying to hurt the clan only make it better. I thought when I'd start this process everyone would jump on but, to my shock I'm being meet with the opposite. So I'd just like to know whats up with everyones thoughts. I guess this thread is about a lot of things. If you think changing the clan is a good idea a bad idea if you think I'm harming the clan. Things like that.
But.. what are we changing? The rank change seems redundant to me. Imo, the only thing that needs improval are the recruitment rates.
I agree with that which is why in new ranks that everyone would like id req recruiment in rank promotion to help get ppl to recruit more since saying plz go recruit doesnt seem to work to well
lol, I just recruited someone today.. Im not sure if Im able to recruit.. but his name is something like TSK[E] and he's a really good player.. beated the crap out of me
Lombar it seems to me only me and achilles are actually trying to recruit so when you say 'Imo, the only thing that needs improval are the recruitment rates.' if be nice if you did something to help maybe? :O
I have told many ppl who are initiates that you are able to, and if u read rules wheres is there a rule you can't? case closed ez
well the only thing that i can think of that i think should be changed would be the rank system. but i guess since this is a SC, war3 and d2 clan there nothing to do but make ranks the way they are.
I agree wit u cow ther are sum things that we could make better. For 1 thing the rankin system, we could use sum more ranks. And the website i think we should keep it up to date at all times. Every1 cow is only tryin to make the clan better. GL joshy
