i'd recommend a cheaper case. there's really no need to spend that much money if you're not making a monster build.

this one's still very big and roomy, if you want to upgrade to SLI or half a dozen hard drives in the future.

this one's almost $100 cheaper and is of great build quality and layout.

Crucial is a pretty good company. don't know why corsair's RAM is priced so high, with those specs. seems like an older listing.

the GTS250 is the same card as the 9800+, just renamed. you can find it for even cheaper. just about any in-stock 9800 card is probably old stock, which means it will probably be priced higher than it should be.

if you want more performance than that, there's the Radeon 5770 for only slightly more money.

if you want to take the money you saved from the case and raise your budget for the video card into the $200+ range, you'll be looking at the GTX260 or 5830. of course, these are both probably overkill for SC2, so you probably don't need them unless you play other games.

    everything else looks pretty good.

Dont know, but does it make any sense at all to buy a Micro ATX-MB? Your Case is big enough to support a "regular" ATX MB....advantage: More room for your components, better "Airflow" for cooling.....

microATX is usually cheaper, although you might be able to find cheap full ATX boards. most people will never use more than 1 or 2 slots. most people really only use 1, for the video card. almost nobody uses an independent sound card, network card, etc. any more these days. if you wanted a 2nd video card, there are mATX boards with 2 PCIEx16 slots out there.
