I think you mean hacker. There's no such thing as a cheat that gives you 100 minerals. Anyway, you can always see a sudden rise in minerals when a building/training order is cancelled. Check for that before accusing people of cheating plztnx.
if there is every a player that you cannot beat, they simply own you no matter how many times you try or play them. Ask to see thier builds or replays, if they refuse it either means they are some how playing unfairly, or are just way faster than you and don't care to train others. Either way, its not worth getting upset about, ppl will cheat and there will be some ppl that you cannot overcome. Imo, if you believe they are cheating/hacking and or they don't offer to train you or share information about how they win, they are not worth playing or even alking to. I have personally always trained others and shared my builds, tactics and strategies, especially with those that are able to win against me. Those players that attempt to be vile, lie or are fraudulent in any way are ignored and not played.

The best game for me is a game wich the 2 player are around same force. Nice to see the wall of strategie they use to kill each other and often finish mid or late game
