What would be the best videocard for an AMD 4850e (2.5GHz dual core) 4GB machine for 50-75 USD? Best as in, best graphincs ATI 4670? Geforce nVidia 9600GT? nVidia 9600GSO (this can be had on eBay for 45 bucks)? ATI 5550?
If your motherboard supports nVidia cards and they're the same price, go for the nVidia. They perform a bit better, at the moment, in StarCraft 2 and come with some other featuers like PhysX. Also, they have better driers. If the ATI cards are cheaper, then definitely go for them. ATI cards are usually more powerful for the monet anyways.
