Hello everyone but I am warning people here about the MSN / messenger CE / DP stealer program thing iff You have MSN or messenger then You will know what I am talking about! this program called the CE / DP stealer from sherv.net or something is a dodgey MSN place and its the home of this program and this program is a virus!! I downloaded it and scanned it and it dicected a virus! so I deleted it and iff You have it then get rid of it NOW!!! because as we all know viruses and bugs ECT are our computers worst nightmare and our computer gives us great privlidges so dont let this program destroy You and Your computer! and this is just a warning so You do not download it and also get rid of it now iff You have it!!!
All of those programs like CE/DP stealer have some sort of virus/spyware/malware/adware in them. I recommend that you don't install any program for MSN.
YES iff You have MSN running because it is a bigish program , the most slug programs are the ones that use the internet but MSN / AIM ECT aint bad like You can go though the internet and Your computer with ease as normal but iff You have limewire , sharebare , azures , bittorrent progs ECT then it will be a slow slug on everything so thats why I only use it when I am off the computer!
oh, similar note..... also, be careful when transferring files using the yahoo messenger an unwanted program may cling on to the data being transfered using the "send" tool if you found a folder in your documents that says "New Folder" but you have no recollection of ever making a folder like that, and if you right-click it and went to properties, if you should see a file version> DO NOT OPEN! its a nhatqualngan virus which slows down your PC, disables the task manager, disables the registry editor and downloads files from your PC.... if experienced symptoms mentioned above you're screwed
There's always a way to remove a virus, I don't know anything about the one mentioned above though. Besides finding the folder and deleting it or re-formating your computer I don't see any other way to get rid of it.
even if you find the folder, its a replicating virus, thankfully it doesn't spread though the whole system, it only spreads through your WINDOWS folder, so copy all important files to drive D, reformat C and install windows again..... but if you want to remove it, it will take a lot of work thats not worth the trouble than reformatting, trust me, i have been on that road...... so if you're "SCREWED", then i suggest you do the procedure.....
yeah very nice info , You can just reformat ya computer! XD but that will take a while and put stuff back on and stuff!
yea, thats true, but one time, i got screwed on a virus that infected my whole system replicating annoying trash files, and it infected everything including my drive D where i had all my backup, it took me nine CDs to copy all my files, stupid ISU virus........
