I have a problem running starcraft 2. I get an error message stating The videocard is not accessible because no display drivers are installed, another 3D application has exclusive access or the machine was locked. Please close any 3D applications or games and try starting StarCraft II again. If the problem persists, for more information consult our support website at <a href="http://stacraft2.com/support.</i>" target="_blank">http://stacraft2.com/support. i just bought this brand new desktop computer yesterday. i did the digital download of starcraft 2, because my other computer has it. video card- NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) not sure how to find all specs about my computer, sorry. dont know much about the insides of computers, if that makes sense...
Remove the video driver through device manager than manually update the video card drivers either through windows update or by finding the card on nvidia's home site. Run a windows update.
There will be a list of devices on the left side, locate the video card/video device. click the video device (It might be a pull down menu, display adapters) Right click the name of the display adapter, it will be the name of the specific card or onboard chip. Click properties, click driver tab, click uninstall. After uninstall, restart the computer and either let it auto install the driver, or manually run a windows update. If windows update does not install the driver you will have to locate your specific card on nvidias site and download the driver from there. Edit: I don't know the minimum reqs for sc2m, but are you sure the computer even meets them?
i uninstalled, restarted, it autoinstalled, restarted again and it still wont work. went on nvidia website, downloaded/updated my driver. still wont work.
I extremely sure that that GPU won't even come close to running SC II. To be sure though: Once you get that, you can either post it or (this is preferred tbh) put it in a .zip file and attach it to a post.

Well that's weird. Open up device manager, right click, and choose "Scan for Changes". Does anything pop up with a yellow exclamation mark next to it?
