Hello, I am posting because I have an odd sound issue that I am experiencing. I would say that 99% of the sounds in my SC2 installation work perfectly, but for some reason I cannot hear the Terran Adjutant (as well as the other race advisors) during tutorials and so on. Does anyone know why I cannot hear these speeches, but I can hear every other person in the game talk, both in pre-mission tutorials and actually during the missions themselves? Thanks
I have an idea. What sound card are you using? If you have a 6.1/7.1 capable sound card and are using a stereo setup, it could be that the sound is configured incorrectly. It could also be a setting in StarCraft II's options. Go into your StarCraft II Sound options and make sure your speaker setup is set appropriately for your speaker setup.
I figured it out. Turns out it was a sound setting after all. If anyone else is having this issue, try some of the other sound settings and change them from 'Default' to one of your other settings and see if that fixes the issue.
