cannot play 1v1 and portrait doesn't show

Hi
after i download patch 23/3/2011,
i cannot play 1v1
when i click "find match" download window shows at the center top of the screen and after it finish download that block disappear and nothing appear. (normally it will shows "looking for player or searching for player") But for 2v2 3v3 4v4 i can find player and can play like normal.

Portrait picture doesn't show.
I cannot see portrait, not only me but i cannot see anyone's portrait and even in award>portrait too.

I need your help, thanks alot
