Ok let me get a few things straight. You bought the CD, placed it into the CD rom drive to install and the error message appears. Or did you get a digital download? Looks like you have to try some troubleshooting. Try installing the game on another computer if you own the CD. This is to rule out that it's the CD's problem. If you can install it on another computer then it looks like your computer has some hardware issues that need to be fixed. Also make sure you're connected to the internet as there are a few patches that need to be installed. Hope this helps.
Yes i put cd in sometimes it gets to 40% and sometimes only 2%.... I'm downloading the digital copy atm I got old computer, it can still install sc2 even if it doesn't meet the requirments??
Well you can try installing it on the old computer. If your digital copy manages to install StarCraft2 successfully it may seem that your CD/DVD rom drive is faulty and should get it replaced. There is one thing you should do prior to getting it replaced which is to try playing other CD/DVDs first to make sure that it is indeed the CD/DVD rom drive that is at fault.
well for instance my comp installs old game called Gothic 3 and all the drivers were installed without problems... I believe the problem is with my net, and starcraft cannot connect during the install for some reason...
UPDATE: downloaded digital copy Now it says that it cant read some file (different every time) for example: What now? UPDATE 2.0: Tested Hard drive:
