    I don't care if I will have to put it on minimum settings I just want to play. Anyway here are my specs.

    Processor: Intel Celeron R CPU 2.66GHz, ~2.7GHz
    Ram: 1526MB
    Graphics card: ATI Radeon X1300/X1550 Series 256MB

    In case this won't cut it I'm only really willing to Upgrade my Graphics card right now but I don't have a PCIe slot so I'm not sure if there are better ones out there that I can use.

    you need to have active X installed. at one point (first time you run it) it asked you about installing the plug in. Allow it and done :)

    Other way around: Intel Celeron.....to slow for a gaming machine. The ATI X1550 may run it (had a X1650 in my old build and were able to play in lowest settings with my Athlon 64 3000+).....

    IF you're lucky, you may be able to run on lowest. Not sure, think the GPU limits you to lowest settings at best and your CPU may limit you even more.

    re

    Celeron? Ohhhhhhh boy. Well if it's a dual core (yes they make those) you might. But even then it may be problematic.

    They don't make 2.66GHz Celeron dual-cores. That's one of the slower ones.

    @DotHack
    Try looking for a StarCraft II Guest Pass so you can actually test if it'll be playable on your PC.

    Celeron ---> way too slow
    1.5 GB Ram ---> basically playable, but not really enough
    X1300 graphics --> way too slow

    This won't be much fun.
