Hi, I've owned SC2 for over a year now. My son is getting old enough to play online (with me only), but I don't want him playing the campaign - he's only 7 and the content isn't appropriate. Is there any way I can play with him without having to buy a 2nd CD? Thanks, Scott
Well you still need two copies of the game to play on Battle.net. It's not by CD it's by account. So you need two accounts. You CAN get some free 7-hour play passes and he can play for 7 hours on a "demo" of sorts. But basically you're gonna have to drop that second $50. Here's a couple guest passes I haven't given out: TETD84-NRNJ-FTVE7G-Z7F7-ZRV7YR GEGNR7-9ZK9-PFN6XD-4GME-HHM7W6 Have you played the campaign? I'm trying to think of one instance where it wouldn't be apporpriate for an 8 year old.... Turn off the blood. If he can play multiplayer he can play the campaign IMO
Thanks Jonas. Yes, I've played through the campaign. And while the game itself isn't too mature, there is a ton of profanity in the cutscenes. I was hoping for a feature like SC1 had, where we could play between each other without having to shell out a ton of $. Looks like I'm out of luck though. Thanks for taking the time to answer - I appreciate it! Scott
