    I have a Dell Latitude D600 laptop

    1.28 GB of Ram
    Intel Pentium M processor 1.6 GHz
    Mobility Radeon 9000 graphics card

    Can I at least run this on minimum?

    I don't know much about laptops but judging by the numbers, I would say you can't, primarily because of the processor.

    Okay I just checked the spencs on your GPU... you can't run SC2, sorry. If you feel like replacing your laptop, look around the threads here... quite a few of them discuss good deals.
