    From what I understand, the government does not actually count it's citizens as citizens. Rather, they are nationals, and the government controls them through corporations that are, essentially, "fake people" that only exist on paper. By acknowledging the existence of your "straw man" as the corporation-people are referred to, you are able to access the money that the government backs their "nationals" with, as possessions.

    that sounds... kinda silly. So basically, you get money if you sign that you are not the real you?

    No, you get money if you sign a public notice that you are a registered lien to the strawman, thus you gain control over the strawman's assets and you regain your sovereignty as a U.S. citizen rather than a U.S. national.
